Confronted with a widespread shortage of leasing staff, a problem largely ignored in the apartment leasing industry, the team behind REZL sought a solution. Through in-depth conversations with customers, they identified an innovative approach: leveraging residents to conduct apartment tours. This insight led to the creation of REZL, effectively addressing staffing shortages by transforming residents into an engaged, resourceful part of the leasing process.
